We will replace any defective product immediately at our cost. However we cannot accept returns for any other reason. If you are in any doubt as to the suitability of the product you are ordering, please listen to the demo of the product on this website or contact us directly for more information.

A challenged order is open for validation for 30 days after the transaction.
